A little reminder of last year's Scottish Interiors Showcase. We had great fun setting up the stand last year to showcase our first Rocke collection “Garadhban”. I curated the collection around photographs I took on walks throughout the year in a woodland near my home beside Loch Lomond. Small moments of beauty such as frozen leaves in winter, autumn fungi, the colours of bark, light filtered through branches, all found their perfect match in fabrics from many of the fabric design houses also exhibiting at the Showcase. Rocke studio handcrafted these into lampshades and these were partnered with our exclusive artisan metal floor and table lamps from Moradabad and Spanish recycled glass lamps which we created in house.
In between chatting to our many lovely customers we managed to sneak a peak at all the gorgeous new fabric designs on show and select new fabrics for more collections.
We also created a new pendant light fitting for the show called Troika, a 3 cone pendant shades on a 3 light cable suspension. This can be completely bespoke with different fabrics on the outer and the inner linings and even the flex can be bespoke with many colours of cable available to order. Since it’s launch Troika has proved to be a great success as it can be completely bespoke with different fabrics on the outer and the inner linings and even the flex can be bespoke with many colours of cable available to order.
